Eligibility
 
The 3rd Support Scheme will be conducted in two phases, namely the 2018 program year and the 2019 program year. The eligible applying graduate should be:
  • Permanent resident of Hong Kong;
  • Students graduated in 2016 to 2018 should apply for 2018 program year and students graduated in 2017 to 2019 should apply for 2019 program year.
       
Interested graduates may apply for the eligible program year according to their year of graduation with illustration as below:
